Complaints and Appeals Policy

Qurina Scientific Journal aims to handle complaints and appeals fairly, transparently, and consistently.

Authors may appeal an editorial decision when they have clear scholarly or procedural grounds for requesting reconsideration.

An appeal should include:

• Manuscript title.
• Manuscript number, where applicable.
• The decision being appealed.
• Clear reasons for the appeal.
• Supporting information or evidence.

Appeals are reviewed by the editorial team and, where necessary, an independent editor or expert may be consulted.

The appeals process must not be used to exert inappropriate pressure on editors or reviewers.
