معدل انتشار العدوى بالطفيليات المعوية بين سكان ثلاث مدن في المنطقة الشرقية، ليبيا

الملخص

لا تزال العدوى بالطفيليات المعوية تشكل مشكلة صحية عامة في أجزاء كثيرة من العالم، ولا سيما في البلدان النامية. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد معدل انتشار العدوى بالطفيليات المعوية في كل من بنغازي وأجدابيا والبريقة. وللكشف عن الطفيليات المعوية في المحاليل الملحية ومحضرات يود لوغول، فُحصت جميع عينات البراز باستخدام الفحص المجهري للمسحة المباشرة وطريقة الترسيب بالفورمالين-الإيثر. وُجدت الطفيليات المعوية لدى 87.1% من الذكور و12.9% من الإناث. وكانت الأميبا الحالة للنسيج هي الطفيلي الأولي الأكثر شيوعاً بين المرضى (87.9%)، تليها الجيارديا اللامبلية بنسبة (8.6%)، والدودة الدبوسية بنسبة (3.4%). سُجلت أعلى معدلات الانتشار في أجدابيا (75%)، وأدناها في بنغازي (11.2%). وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود 116 حالة إصابة بالطفيليات المعوية إجمالاً، حيث أظهرت البيانات التي جُمعت في الفترة من ديسمبر 2021 إلى نوفمبر 2022 أن أعلى معدلات الانتشار كانت في عام 2022. تراوحت نسبة انتشار بين 74.1% في أجدابيا و10.3% في بنغازي، بينما تراوحت نسبة انتشار بين 7.7% في البريقة و0.8% في بنغازي، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معدلات الانتشار والمناطق الثلاث. ولم تُسجل أي حالات عدوى مختلطة بهذين الطفيليين. كما تبين أن معدل الإصابة بطفيليات الأميبا (داء الأميبات) كان أعلى لدى الذكور مقارنة بالإناث، حيث بلغت نسبة المصابين 61% (11 من 18) بين الذكور و33.3% (6 من 18) بين الإناث.
