تحديد هوية البكتيريا المعزولة من حالات تسوس الأسنان، والخراجات، والتهاب اللثة، ودراسة تأثير المضادات الحيوية عليها

الملخص

مقدمة: أُجريت هذه الدراسة في ثلاث عيادات للأسنان في مدينة بنغازي بهدف تحديد وتوصيف بعض أنواع البكتيريا لدى المرضى الذين يعانون من تسوس الأسنان والخراجات والتهاب اللثة، ودراسة أنماط مقاومتها للمضادات الحيوية لتقييم المخاطر المحتملة على الصحة العامة. وتُعد أمراض الأسنان، ولا سيما التسوس، مشكلة صحية عامة كبيرة تؤثر على عدد كبير من الأطفال والبالغين في جميع أنحاء العالم. المواد والطرق: أُجريت هذه الدراسة المقطعية على مدى ستة أشهر، من أكتوبر 2020 إلى أبريل 2021. وقد تم جمع 100 عينة من مرضى يعانون من تسوس الأسنان (من مختلف الأعمار والأجناس) وزراعتها في أوساط عزل بكتيرية متنوعة مثل "تريبتوز صويا أغار" ، و"أغار المغذيات"، و"أغار ماكونكي". كما تمت زراعة المستعمرات البكتيرية على أوساط "كوليفورم أغار" (Coliform Agar) المضاف إليه 5% من دم الأغنام المجفف، و"تاد هيويت أغار" (THA)، ووسط "لوريا-بيرتاني" (LB). النتائج: تم تحديد أربعة أنواع بكتيرية مختلفة من إجمالي العينات المائة، وهي: *Streptococcus mutans* (بنسبة 55%)، و*Pseudomonas aeruginosa* (بنسبة 15%)، و*Klebsiella oxytoca* (بنسبة 10%)، و*E. coli* (بنسبة 20%). وأظهرت الأنواع البكتيرية المختلفة أنماطاً متباينة من الحساسية تجاه عدة أنواع من المضادات الحيوية. وأظهرت التحليلات الإحصائية عدم وجود علاقة بين نوع البكتيريا وجنس المريض، كما لم تكن العلاقة مع العمر ذات دلالة إحصائية (حيث كانت قيم P تساوي 0.079 و0.248 على التوالي). الاستنتاج وآفاق المستقبل: أظهرت الدراسة الحالية أن بكتيريا *Streptococcus mutans* هي المسبب الرئيسي لتسوس الأسنان بأعلى نسبة إصابة. وفي الوقت نفسه، لم يُعثر على علاقة بين الإصابة البكتيرية والعمر أو الجنس، وهو ما قد يُعزى إلى نقص الوعي الصحي والثقافة المتعلقة بالرعاية الصحية. وعلاوة على ذلك، هناك حاجة ماسة إلى دراسات تركز على التثقيف الصحي بشأن المضادات الحيوية، وضرورة وقف بيع جميع أنواعها كأدوية تُصرف دون وصفة طبية من خلال تطبيق القوانين واللوائح الطبية الصارمة.
